Signing up for Airtel connection = signing up for personal harrassment. On a visit to UK, I bought a ** day pack for intenational roaming worth **** on Dec **th. I spoke to Airtel customer care on Dec **th and Dec **th and none of them informed me that this pack is auto renewed. Instead I was told that I will be charged at standard rates after the pack expiry. Thinking that I need to buy a pack again, I bought a new pack worth **** on Jan *nd. As a result, I am now sitting with a bill of **** bucks which could have been a **** bill in the first place. I made complaints on airtel on Jan **th, Jan **th, Jan **th and Feb **th - every time I was promised a call back and no action has been taken till date. I am now receiving repeated autmated calls and messages that my services will be disconnected if I don't pay the bill, when they have not resolved a pending issue for last ** days. They also refuse to file a complaint when I asked the custome care.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
