akash jain filed complaint against Standard chartered bank on Oct 5, 2023
There is a concern highlighting here for my inward remittance that held last week where the exchange rate provided less than actuals for EUR i.e **.* INR while its processed on **.** INR which has never been in transition this year..
It's being like internal banking frauds done to hide the concerning team involved and request your attention in this to resolve this issue and generate the refund based on actual exchange rate as there are no inward remittance charges as per bank policies can be incurred even though they are also deducted

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
