Uber Cabs - Incorrect deduction of amount

Prashant Saraswat filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Jun 2, 2018

Hi They charged Rs*** for the pool ride for the same route which I took for Rs** in the past at least ** times even for Rs** sometimes.
My mother waited for at least ** minutes for this cab to reach at the pickup point.
It is mother who had suffered due to this trip in addition to this they deducted incorrect fare.

Now the Uber team has stopped replying over email neither they are bothered to call me.

I am attaching the invoice of this problematic ride in case required I can provide you the previous rides as well.
