Makemy Trip - Incorrect Deduction in Bus Fare

I am a regular customer who frequently uses MakeMyTrip services for booking travel tickets. Today, (**.**.****) I encountered an issue with my bus ticket booking, and I am writing to bring it to your attention and seek prompt resolution.I recently booked a bus ticket from Mumbai to Pune with the following details:Invoice No: RMH**-A********* PNR No: *********The bus fare for this journey is clearly stated as Rs ***. However, to my surprise, my account was debited with Rs ***. I am perplexed about the additional Rs *** deduction, as the bus fare remains unchanged at Rs ***.I kindly request you to investigate this matter at the earliest and initiate a refund of the extra Rs *** to my account. Such discrepancies are disheartening, especially for a loyal customer like myself. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I may have no choice but to file a formal complaint and share my experience on various social media platforms.I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
