I took a ride in Bangalore from the city to Kempegowda international airport, the price was showing ***(using sone ola coins), but at the time of the drop the driver asked to pay *** ( *** plus *** toll charges) which i did as it was getting late for the flight, few minutes lates when I raised the concern on ola app they were not able to resolve my issue and provide a refund, I raised the issue with Ola on X as well and all they did was pushed the issue to their backend support team and they did what they do the best "NOTHING" by saying the payment was made using a third party app so Ola can't do anything
