I have switched to family plan of Airtel post paid since then am facing lot of problems in terms of billing, * g data connection. I have been charged incorrectly for *** Rs for child number as I have got plan for *** Rs but additionall they have added *** rs in billing without my consent since may ****. When I lodge the complain no proper respond.... Now also they don't bother to stop generating incorrect bills.. They told me that *** plan has been withdraw from the market and no communication was made then how Airtel can bill my separate child number... Its not a family pack... Complete bull shit

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
