I have cancelled my * tickets on October ** **** (more than ** hrs before the schedule service start time at origin of the bus). I got an email and a message stating that I will get a refund of Rs ****. After * days I got a refund of Rs **** which is less than what is mentioned in the email and in the message. I contacted customer care **** ******* and informed my issue, they ask me to send an email to online.support@apsrtconline.in with the required screenshots. I did the same. I waited more than a week but didn't get any response. I contacted customer care **** *******, this time they ask me to share the bank/credit card statement. I did the same, after ** min I got a reply that the amount is credit. I mentioned in the email that the issue is with the incorrect refund, they replied stating that the amount is credited without reading the message what I have sent. I contacted customer care * times explaining the same thing again and again to different members in the customer care, because the call will get automatically disconnected every * min. Finally they informed me to reply to the same email stating that the issue is not with the refund it is with the incorrect refund (which I clearly mentioned in my first email). I ended up in replying the same as they suggested. I spent more that ** minutes explaining the same issue to multiple people as they ask the same questions and keep me in waiting to get/check the status.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
