I purchased a *-year AMC for my Aquaguard NOVA through a Eureka Forbes payment link. The AMC issued was for an incorrect product (Aquaguard Eternity) due to company error (AMC No: AMC-******-********). Despite multiple written escalations and follow-ups since September ****, including complaint CM-******-********, Eureka Forbes has not resolved the issue or provided a refund. I am seeking a full refund due to prolonged non-resolution of an issue that originated from their error.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
