I HAD PURCHASED A POWER GLASS ON **/** AIR VC*****- C* EYE GLASSES- PRDUCT ID :****** AS ABOVE THE DESCRIPTION ALONG WITH ME .
THE CONCERN IS THAT I GOT THE ORDERED PRODUCT IN COUPLE OF DAYS WHEN I GOT MY PRODUCT THAT FOR MY FATHER HE IS COMPLAINING THAT THE GLASS IS IS NOT COMFORTABLE VISIBLE AND CAN'T SAW THE THE OBJECTS THROUGH IT THAT I AM CONVEYING THE CONCERN TO THE OPTHOMETRIST OF YOUR CUTTACK STORE HE IS DENYING MY COMPLAIN AND TELLING ME THAT IT WILL BE RESOLVED IN FUTURE AND AFTER USING IT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME THE PROBLEM IS NOT OCCUR, BUT THE CONCERN IS STILL CONTINUING AND MY FATHER UH IS NOT ABLE TU TO USE THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH I HAVE COMPLAINING YOUR STORE CUTTACK LOTS OF TIME AND I HAVE NO RESULT OR SOLUTION FROM THEM. I AM A GOLD MEMBER OF LENSKART AND FACING LOTS OF TROUBLE IN THIS TRANSACTION,SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM THANK YOU
