Using Swiggy, I ordered food which was later informed about the cancellation on Swiggy end itself as the restaurant was not able to place this order.
On asking I was informed about the SOP of *-* business days of getting the refund. However in-place a coupon amounting to *** refunds was added which I do not want, as this would restrict me to anyhow place an order for either *** Rs or else so in case the new order amount is less than the coupon amount then the remaining would lapse, as what informed by customer care.
Conveying my due thanks in advance, could you please take this up with Swiggy as to why the coupon got added when even the customer is not wanting to have it and expecting the money refund.
