could see sudden deduction of amount, asked airtel for monthly bill, they had provided it easily, could see that for * random days the call rate had been Rs. *.*, curious I asked them for clarification, maybe i missed their call on a day, however had asked to call back or send details through email, it's been around * days waiting for clarification, don't know if I had to know something or it is an error by airtel, could see call rate Rs *.* now, however don't know why it had been Rs *.* on * random days
