I placed a Swiggy order (Order #***************) for * full Malai Chaap and * Rumali Roti. However, I only received * Malai Chaap and * Rumali Roti, and the order arrived after * hours, which was cold.
Here's a timeline of my attempts to resolve the issue:
* I immediately complained to the delivery person upon receiving the incomplete order.
* I contacted Swiggy's customer support and provided pictures as proof.
* Despite requesting to hold the delivery person for verification, I was told it was unnecessary.
* My chat with customer support was closed multiple times without a resolution.
* I emailed Swiggy (Request #******** and #********) but haven't received a response.
I am requesting a full refund for the missing Malai Chaap, compensation for the inconvenience caused by this incomplete order and unresolved complaint, and additional compensation for the late and cold delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
