Placed an order#Shop #******* which was incompletely delivered on **th may **
I raised Ticket No:********** on thier app on **th May **
They closed the ticket on **st May saying resolved but provided no resolution so I mailed care@smytten
I recieved this product on **th May. I raised a missing products report on **th May
Smytten team took * days to close the enquiry and that too how? By simply mentioning the query is resolved?????
Not even a mail / call / sms to say how it was resolved
Then i mail care@smytten on **st ( the day your incompetent team closed the ticket) who is again taking me for a wild goose chase...asking me to send pictures of the box, pictures of the contents etc etc....what next smytten
It's lucky I do not trust online shopping sites...so I keep the boxes till tickets are resolved properly
I have been chasing up with them since * month now and I need help as they refuse to accept their fault....however on other instances I have raised a ticket for missing products and they have acknowledged error and given refunds
