Committed site handover date on booking sign off: *st week of June,**.
Since the booking whole journey with design cafe was painful. Very poor and manipulative communications from all departments, Design errors, incomplete milestone delivery(*D design not shared), Laminated mismatch on panels, production delays, partial delivery, faulty and defective panels delivered. No resolution to any tickets raised on DesignCafe portal and emails.
CRM & Helpdesk denied to share contacts of escalation and grievance cell.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
