Design cafe - delay in the completion of the interior work

I was approached by Design Cafe for the interior work in my house B-****, JM Florence, at Greater Noida West. In the beginning I had made them very clear that my only concern is timely completion because i wanted to shift my family from chennai to Noida without affecting the kid's education. The initial time line was given in the last week of Apr. Thereafter, it was extended to ** May and finally to ** june. At the date of drafting this complaint i. e., on ** May **, the work is still pending and no work has taken place for the last two days. Based on the company project manager verbal assurance, i moved my entire family with complete luggage from chennai to Noida. since ** june till now I am staying in hotel or paid accommodation and I am paying daily rental for storage of my goods. I am serving in Army and i am here on limited days of leave and now i have been put in a situation where I may have to leave my family without any place to reside other than hotels. The company has charged approx *.* Lakhs in advance before even starting any work and it has forced me to spend around
