I had ordered a product from Flipkart on the *th of September which was to be delivered to me by the **th of September and I had made the order only due to the early date. On **th September, I waited till late evening, almost till *:**pm to see if any delivery executive is even assigned for the order but wasn't and so I tried calling the customer support and that's when I come to know that the order wouldn't be delivered on **th but is expecting to be delivered by **th of September, ****. I had placed the order keeping in mind the date since I have to leave from the city on the **th of September and **th was an unacceptable date for me and so I was forced to cancel the order. I had bought an emi gift card voucher for which I'm supposed to be paying EMIs for the next * months and the interest too which will be an overall amount to ₹*,***. The gift card won't be returned back and I'll have to keep paying the EMIs even though the order is cancelled. I'll get the same amount of money as a gift card after * weeks of delay. Such an incompetent and poor service I was provided with and it is not the first time that this has happened.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
