Qatar Airways - Incompetent Ground Staff

On **th of January ****, I booked flight from New Delhi to London on Qatar Airways website for *th February ****.
But When I reached Delhi Airport On *th February **** to board the flight , Qatar Airways Check- in staff refused to provide me boarding pass as they were instructed those who are going on Tourist Visa they must have return ticket.
In my case I was holding Student Visitor Visa in this case there is no requirement of having return flight ticket but they were not ready to listen and forced me to arrange return flight ticket.
They just harassed me without having proper knowledge and created a panic situation for me then in such situation in urgency I had to buy return flight ticket from Jet Airways.
When I reached UK I met my colleagues, Who were also came by Qatar Airways, on similar Student visitor Visa from Mumbai to London but no one at Mumbai Airport stopped them and asked for return flight.
Then from UK I sent them complaint on email regarding this issue but Qatar Airways in not responding they just acknowledge my complaint and given me Case no (CAS-******-M*F*D* CRM:************) for future reference.
Because of their limited knowledge I had to buy return ticket of **th April **** without knowing any confirm date of my return from UK.
I request you to take action against Qatar Airways and instruct them to compensate my losses which are as follows:
*. Return ticket from (London – Delhi from Jet Airways booked for **th April ****) – Rs **,*** (which is of no use as I am coming back to Delhi on **th April ****. If I amend the dates on this ticket I have to Pay GBP ***, and it’s not refundable).
*. Compensate me for the Harassment what I had on the day of departure from Delhi on *th Feb ****.
