Qatar Airways - Flight Cancellation

On October **th, I embarked on a journey from Savannah, GA, to Delhi, India, with Qatar Airways. The ordeal included severe flight delays, inadequate communication, and a complete lack of support from the airline.

The flight from Miami to Doha, originally scheduled for *:** PM, was repeatedly delayed due to purported technical issues. After hours of waiting, the flight was eventually canceled, leaving passengers stranded without accommodation or clear instructions. The promised vouchers for refreshments were depleted, and the chaos at the airport was exacerbated by a malfunctioning luggage retrieval system, further delaying our departure.

Attempts to seek assistance from Qatar Airways during the journey were futile. The on-site staff lacked information and suggested canceling our flights, forcing us to arrange our own accommodations. Consequently, my originally planned **-hour journey extended to nearly ** hours, causing significant distress and resulting in the complete missing of the intended Diwali celebration with my family.
