Qatar Airways - Bassinet Seat Denied

The issue that I have experienced was: The issue that I have experienced was: Booking id: PJPLK*

In reference to the above booking id, my wife, my son and I boarded the plane in Raliegh, NC with * luggage bags.

I received Bassinet seat for my son from JFK to Doha. However, I haven't received Bassinet seat from Doha to Bengaluru even though I have paid extra for the seat and requested it prior. During the seat selection, I have specifically selected a seat with Basinnet option and paid in FULL.

When asked, the flight crew and the ground staff said that they are sorry and asked me to raise a complaint.
We ended up carrying our child on our laps the entire flight.
This is unacceptable from Qatar airways and we demand to know as to why this happened in the first place.
I sent a complaint to the tell-us@qatarairways.com.qa mailbox the day I reached Bangalore, however, I haven't received any response to date.

We demand full refund for the child seat.
