Nihar Meshram filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Jul 30, 2019
I checked in into the hotel at ** am after the Room was allotted since then only I had faced an issue about power failure. I did complain about this to every Oyo authority I could possible. It starts occurring just after check-in. I was busy in contacting the authorities of Oyo. I couldn't even spend the time in my room properly. When raised this matter asked for a refund for the whole amount they gave me just ** per cent of my money which is unfair as I couldn't use or access any of the services. I just want to raise that for what they charge me *** Rs. I claim for ***% refund.
