I have booked a hotel called Sri Sai Nivas Inn for date range: **/**/****-**/**/****. Booking ID: HANV****.
I have booked * rooms. Hotel’s image was not matching with actual one. Also staff behaviour and service is worst. They gave dirty blanket(not washed as well), when I had asked for replacement they took it back but didn’t provide the other blanket.
Called ** times to oyo rooms ********** for change the property or refund but every time they said, “we will call u back or ground staff is no reachable as they are PM of the country”. I had never received any call from there end. I’m fed up calling these guys, and want to escalate this issue to the higher authority. Please sir I need refund, I need my money back
