I booked air ticket (booking id NF************** through MakeMyTrip and I applied coupon code where I was supposed to get **** as a cash back into my bank account but due to some technical error from the MakeMyTrip side, I received cashback twice the total of ****+**** =****. So I got mail from MakeMyTrip that they will debit Rs. **** that was credited extra in my account.
*) First of all, they have no right to debit any amount from my account without my permission. They would have asked me to repay extra cashback credited in my account.
*) Apart from Rs ****, they have debited extra **** Rs from my account and they are not giving any valid reason why it was debited. I have sent bank details screenshot where there were * transactions of offline spends and screenshot of the message I received in my mobile that amount of Rs **** and Rs **** is debited by MakeMyTrip. This is the fraud done by MakeMyTrip as they have saved my account details and have debited money from my account without my permission. After so many complaints and follow-ups, the company has refunded **** Rs back to my account. But I want to file a case for illegal transaction done by MakeMyTrip.
