HINDWARE APPLIANCES - Ignoring Service Request

I bought a hindware gas stove on **th Feb **** and later in month of May it started having a leakage issue in *rd burner. I called for service, the service man came & repaired the stove saying its nothing just a minor issue. * weeks later it started leaking again but there was a complete lockdown so I tolerated cause the leak was very low. Later in month of August things got worse So I put up a request again on Hindware App, A man called * days later asked what the issue was I explained him but no one came to repair it and the service request got closed automatically on the app. Again on ** Sep I put up service request, A week later the service man came and said the nozzle of burner defective we'll have to replace it and asked what the previous serviceman did(In month of May). Then he took photos and left saying he'll comeback with the parts needed from the office. * days later I called he said " I don't about availability of parts call my office talk to them I'll give you the number" But he failed to provide the number and has stopped taking my calls. I have called hindware customer service(****-***-****) several times all they say is "Sir please wait **hrs your issue will be resolved"
