Iffalcon smart **” TV under *st year Jeeves warranty, no repair or refund yet, even after ** days of filing complaint. Everyday calls and email to Jeeves is of no use. Staff completely have no clue.. it’s very much a fraud company with false promises and commitment. Till date no commitment of repair or service is done. Next step, they would collect the TV and arrange for refund they say.. one more fraud step..! Collecting faulty TV and may be not refund also..
