I have recently ordered from dominos using swiggy app on *th may,****. After * hour, the order was still "in conformation from restaurant". I contacted swiggy healpline, they told me that my order was failed. They money will refunded within *-* days. I contacted again when refund was not given, they told me to contact dominos, contact your bank, contact payment gateway provider and your transaction failed. and so many lame excuses each time i tried to contact them.
My payment was deducted and on phonepay clearly says that it was paid to swiggy.I have the transaction ID and the order which was placed by me is still in progress after **-** days.
