Nykaa - I placed a return request and was cancelled without reason

I placed an order amount of ***** and after placing i called that few items were wrongly placed so helped in in return. They rejected my return saying that they cant take this because I place return of * to * items.i requested but no help provided. I have send then all pictures of unused product and requested but they were so adament did not helped me out.
