Ola - I paid via cash to the driver but Postpaid Money Charged

I took Ola Auto ride from Khandeshwar to Ghatkopar as there was Mega Block. Before booking the Auto Driver called me and asked if I can pay cash, I said yes and ride got confirmed. However, while getting into auto I told the driver OTP and was settling down in meanwhile mistakenly postpaid option got clicked as my phone was unlocked. And during ride it didn't came to my notice. After ending the ride the driver told me that this has happened however he wanted cash payment. I gave him cash and asked him to request for not to deduct postpaid money. He agreed to it. And I from my end also immediately sent an email to Ola regarding this issue still since last * years I have got annoyed with the customer care calls from Ola and telling the same story to their executives every other day. Today they just crossed their limits as I received a call from their stupid advocate from the court asking for settlement outside. This is really pathetic.
