Tata Cliq - i haven't received refund its been over 40 days

I had purchased two shoes one was bond street red tap, second was Adidas running shoe worth rupees total Rs **** (**** and **** respectively )on **th November ****. bond street shoe was too big and Adidas one was of poor quality. immediately i had returned these products but i got only one refund of rupees Rs **** after ** days and Rs **** is still haven't received. it has been over ** days still i haven't got that till date. they are just closing my several complaints by giving ARM number and saying we have done transaction which is useless as i had discussed with my Bank. also i shared my bank statement with them. its like you taken money from somebody and at the time of return you just through it some where and saying that i have done the transaction. its not my headache if you transferred into wrong account or something else i need my money back.
