i bought a onfit uc ** + projector from paytm but i received wrong product unic uc * on place of onfit..and that was defective too..then i requested for return but the courier agent rejected my return by saying that the brand name is different...many times my return was rejected...and due to this i complained on national consumer helpline and within * days paytm accepted my return... and i got an email in which it was written that as per RBI guidelines it takes ** working days to refund your amount...and i waited for ** days but when i have not received than again i contacted on customer centre they said me that you didn't share your account details plzz fill account details then we would initiate refund and within ** days it would be credited...as per given time** days has been completed (except holidays) but i have not received my refund...even * days has been over than given time...what should i do...do i need to go in the consumer court?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
