EUREKA FORBES LIMITED - I have not received a refund for the undelivered order

I had ordered a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Delight NXT UV+UF Water purifier and a pre-filter from Eureka Forbes official website (https://www.eurekaforbes.com/) on *nd June, ****.

The pre-filter was delivered to me on *th June. But the Water Purifier was not delivered to me till **th June, and after that, it was cancelled by the merchant (Eureka Forbes) and it went back to them. The courier company (Delhivery) returned the undelivered item back to Eureka Forbes on **th June, ****.
Yet, I have not received the refund for the undelivered item. Whenever I call Eureka Forbes customer care, I am told the warehouse team hasn't provided them a report of the return so my refund is not processed yet.
The problem is, I paid upfront while placing the order so that it reaches me on time and without any hassle. I never got to see or touch the product, the product was handled by the courier company, and now it's been days since it was returned back to source, then why my refund is not issued yet. What is my fault here - believing that Eureka Forbes is a dependable brand who thinks of it's customers and their hard earned money?
If this is the situation before purchasing their product, God knows how they are going to treat in after sales.
