I lived in colive, Bangalore for an year. I cleared all dues and paid everything on rent. They put dues on my account on the app where I am supposed to raise a notice period to move out of the place. Because of their technical fault and negligence I was forced to stay back and the dues that weren't mine kept on increasing every month. When we asked them about the dues they said us to not pay any attention to them. Now when I finally moved out they sent a notice and conciliation to pay around **,*** when the rent was only **,*** per month and those dues were not even mine.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
