The issue that I have experienced was: I have booked a cab yesterday with CRN ********** and the cab driver arrived at my place and i have boarded the cab. He asked me the mode of payment and i said its online payment. He then refused to take the ride and asked me to cancel my ride. I did the same and a ** rupees cancellation fee was charged. I have again raised a compliant that i was charged incorrectly and a message appeared that the amount has been waived off. In mean time i have booked another cab with CRN ********** and the amount for the ride was *** and i have been charged *** rupees.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
