Vaibhav Warrier filed complaint against Snapdeal on Aug 13, 2018
I placed an order for a PS* Pro on *th of August from Snapdeal. It was the only place where it sold for a cheaper price from the rest and it looked very legit. Then when it got delivered on **th of August, I opened my package wrapped in bubble wrap to find a PS* Pro box. Everything was fine. But then inside the box I found *-* more white boxes which in the end turned out to have a single PS* console without an adapter or a controller. Just the console that too some old used one. I immediately asked for a return on Snapchat and they haven't got back to me even though they said they will confirm the return in under ** hours. So I went to the Snapdeal office in Mumbai, and there I was shocked as the office was shut down and some guys said that the company ran away to Delhi. There is no proper customer care number for Snapdeal too. Just a recorded message. So I came here as my last resort to get a refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
