I purchased a product,but I've to return and refund due to fitting and quality issue. So I raised an refund request,it's accepted but no one came to pickup the parcel and same get cancelled finally.
I again raised the issue withing ** days time period,again same happens
Following all rule,I've raised the refund request but still I don't get it.
Moreover,I don't get solution even after contacting customer care so many times.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
