I brought * tickets on a train ticket but it got cancelled because they did not get THE MONEY BUT MY MONEY WAS GONE. And here is the twist: it says that i recieved payment but NO i never got it.
It said i could raise a complaint on the app but when i clicked it, IT SAID THAT THERE WAS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM. LIKE WHAT?! ive been trying for like a literal month but no, it says the same freaking thing. Ive been scammed and lost *** rupees from that stupid online booking service
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
