Complaint:
I placed an order on Swiggy on ** May **:** Am and canceled it within * minutes of placing the order. Despite canceling the order almost immediately and before any food preparation had started, Swiggy has not refunded my money.
I have reached out to their customer support multiple times, but they have failed to resolve the issue or provide a valid reason for withholding my refund. This is unacceptable and amounts to unfair trade practice. As a consumer, I have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable timeframe and expect a full refund if no services have been rendered.
I request Voxya to take this matter up with Swiggy and help me get a full refund for the canceled order.
