I am a Flipkart plus customer and have ordered products worth lakhs from their website for personal use.
One of my Fitbit orders is still in progress and they have blocked my Flipkart account without any issues/notices.
I have called their customer service and the rep told me that the reason is not listed and he is escalating the issue.
No one reached out to me and yesterday an email came that my account is locked because of large number of returns. I haven't returned anything since an year.
