Dharmendra Ramanuj Jaiswal filed complaint against Hyundai Motor India Limited on Feb 20, 2021
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Dharmendra Jaiswal and had booked CRETA SX (O) IVT Petrol model on **th Dec, **** from Sanjay Automobile Engineers Pvt. LTD, Pune showroom situated in Kohinoor estate.
Sales team promised to deliver the vehicle by end of Feb, **** but all I have been hearing is that they don’t have any update from the unit and the allocation is unknown at the moment, they haven’t received any communication from Hyundai on the order placed and share no updates thereafter.
Is this how each showroom operates wherein sales team doesn’t have idea about the booking made, updates in terms of unknown, genuinely I feel I am being cheated on the price increase and I guess allocations prioritised to customers who shouts.
Price for the vehicle have been increased twice post booking which is costing me more what was offered during the booking, latest increased on **rd Jan and this shouldn’t be applicable for the customer made booking on **th Dec, ****. Kindly assist in this case.
I do not wish to escalate this matter further, also I am not the one withdrwing but it’s the showroom who is diverted from its commitment without sharing any updates...
I hope to get resolution to my problem at earliest.
