Abhishek Mudgal filed complaint against PayTM on Nov 20, 2018
I purchased du *** cm (** inch) **d**** full hd led TV on date of *th November **** with order # **********. The order was delivered to me on **th November ****.
On the **th November **** around *PM - *PM I received a call from paytm that they need the feedback about the Television. They Explicitly told me to to open the package and look at the television to give them feedback.
After opening the package I found out the television was Faulty , its colours were distorted and blue lines were appearing on the television. I immediately requested return on the same day.
After two days of delay in pickup. I contacted customer care only to get me put on long holds, pre scripted replies. I called multiple times and got the same reply. On the third day I received a call from vu telling me I have no right to warranty, I told them about the whole situation , and they told me to the contact to Paytm. And contacting paytm got me same replies and really long holds.

In reply I was told to wait more.
On **th November ****, I received a reply on twitter from the handle @paytmcare telling me Paytm is coordinating to their delivery partners for the pickup. But no pickup was done. Now I have been asked to provide job sheet which obviously don’t have as vu has been trying to escape the liability.
This has been complete consumer harassment to me and I do have all the evidences of the same
