Hp Laptop - Hp service delay
RUPALI CHAUHAN filed complaint against Hp Laptop on Aug 24, 2019
I reported problem with my HP Laptop on *th August ****. I received feedback from HP Customer service that the Keyboard is faulty and they will send replacement keyboard along with their technician in *-* business days. After following up on **th August ****, I was told to contact the local service center. The local service center mentioned that the keyboard will arrive on **th August and they will install same day. When I Called on **th August, the service center mentioned that the part will arrive anytime but since **th August is a Holiday, they will visit my House on the **th August. When I called on the **th August, the service center completely denied any commitment and said that they will visit my house on the **th August.
When I called on the **th August, the service center guys said the keyboard has not yet arrived and they are expecting it to arrive by **rd August.
After **rd August, the service center now mentioned that the part will only arrive on **th August. Because of this I ended up taking leaves from work believing HP Team will visit to fix the laptop. However, every single time HP team has left me disappointed. I am not sure whether they will visit on the **th August. Please help!
