*. my son, studying in **th, purchased hp laptop on *st jun **. it worked fine for almost one month. then suddenly the speed decreased and by july end, the screen turned blue and started showing message of crash.
*. the complaint was raised to hp team and since then * times their engineer came to repair it. they changed hard drive and installed new operating system.
*. everything worked fine till next *-* weeks. then the area near keyboard started becoming hot. the solution was asked from hp team and every time one or other reason was told by them. but finally their engineer could solve heating issue.
*. but again laptop became slow. most apps suddenly started on their own and also sometimes they closed on their own. one day, microsoft office became dysfunctional. hp engineer again came and he blamed on mcafee for this whole mess and said it is responsible for os crash. mute button light also stopped working.
*. we had telecon with mr. ram in *st week of oct-** and he looped rekha.rani@iqor.com; sunita.pansare@iqor.com, sufiyan.shaikh@iqor.com, amsindia.centralhp@iqor.com to resolve the issue.
*. one person came and took the laptop for repair. he returned back it after *-* days saying that everything was corrected.
*. after this lap to worked fine for few hours and then suddenly heating up, speed down, disk full, etc happening. It is very randomly behaving. good to worst. (images attached of disk full of **rd Oct)
*. when I contacted them back on email id’s, no one is replying. infact, automated mail came stating that issue is resolved. how can they close a complaint without customer’s feedback?
*. on chat, they keep on giving one or the other reason.
so in last * month, only first month was smooth. all other time, it was one or the other problem with laptop. our full time went behind understanding the issue. from customer or user, we became laptop engineer. the laptop view itself now creates frustration in mind about it and hp brand.
we want to enjoy working on laptop and not spending time understanding the issue in it. all school projects and other thing, my son has to depend on his friend's laptop. it is a mental harassment by hp. can any one help as i am thinking to approach consumer forum now?
