I bought a new phone of realme realme * pro it was working properly there no issue but after * months it's had a problem in gaming gyroscope gyroscope is not working properly my screen is moving automatically in gyro games like bgmi and other i ignored this * month and after my phone was under warranty that time * months had passed and i have * year warranty of this phone i go realme service centre near station road morena madhya pradesh they check my device and reset my phone after my problem was not solved so i went again realme service centre and they upgrade my software after my problem was not solved so i visit again and go but my phone performance wasn't like before after upgradation some features got disappeared i said to them do my phone like before but they sad it will not be as you want after no getting help from realme service centre i find realme customer care number from Google and talked to them and they said to do a process to send a log to them of my problem and i shared my log to them
And they said we will contact you after getting solution of your problem but they didn't contact me so i called again them and talked about my problem and they said we are processing but its taking time and said that we will contact you in ** hours but they didn't contact me
REALME SERVICE IS VERY BAD
