On *.*.**, I booked a hotel stay at Crown Plaza Yas Island Abu Dhabi through your platform for ** Aug ** to ** Aug **, which clearly stated a *-night stay. I was charged accordingly for the *-night booking.
However, upon checking into the hotel, I was shocked to find that the booking confirmation they had received showed only * nights. Despite my repeated requests to resolve the issue, the hotel staff insisted that the booking was only for * nights.
I believe this discrepancy is a clear case of cheating and fraud. As a customer, I expect transparency and accuracy in the booking process. Your company's failure to ensure the correct booking duration has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
