OYO Rooms - Hotel rooms was denied even after payment

I did the booking for one of the Oyo room in New Delhi, payment was also made through online but after reaching to the hotel manager mentioned that he notified the Oyo for not accepting the booking. We didn’t received any information regarding this. So I called them to provide me another hotel on same amount nearby they said ok and provided me one more hotel. But after reaching there, hotel manager asked for the payment. So we mentioned that as per our conversation with Oyo they will adjust the amount with my previous booking but that was not done by Oyo and I end up paying **** extra bucks.
