Agoda - Hotel room reservation

Iam Abhishek Jha I booked hotel room in Mumbai though agoda for date **/*/** to **/*/** and I got confirmation mail from agoda in my Mai I’d bittuj***@gmail.com choose option for payment pay on hotel but your company draw the money ****.** at **/*/** and when I go to hotel his staff says they have no reservation for my name and they not provide me room then I come back without check in the hotel.
