I recently Booked a hotel room with Agoda and paid **** Approx online. I didn't like the hotel room as at night it was raining alot and the ceiling of the room started leaking water.
I could not sleep whole night properly. I have made a video of the same with me.

I reached out to the hotel company via email but there is no response from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
