I booked the hotel Sri Ram Guest House at Mayiladuthurai for **th Sep ** booking id HTL*MAWMFK on ** th sep and paid the amount online and got the confirmation I got a call from goibibo on ** th sep saying that booking is not confirmed This is not acceptable I had to cancel my entire trip and it is really pathetic How come a confirmed booking get cancelled
