I have booked a room in guruvayoor through agoda and paid ****.** for that. Hotel name is hare krishna guruvayoor. But hotel denied our booking saying that they have no dealing with agoda. And we suffer a huge loss since we have to take another room last minute in another hotel and we have to pay Rs **** for room
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
