I have booked an hotel through Agoda by **.**.****@Holiday Heaven on **.**.****
When we reached the hotel for stay hotel
Management refused to provide the room.
Also they have provided letter regarding their reason to refuse the room.
Because of this issue we have family faced lot of safety and mental financial issue to get it resolved and it was difficult to get a room to stay as it was Xmas and inside forest area.Kindly look in to this matter and refund our paid amount & compensation as well.
Herewith I am requesting you to please look in to this matter on priority before we go for legal proceedings with Agoda.This maill will Copied to Kerala tourism department,Kerala Police,Tourism minister & Prime minister office as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
