Agoda app - Hotel people not accepting the booking id reference which has been done from Agoda

I have booked a hotel room via Agoda app and even I have paid the full amount for the room booking in advance but once I reach the hotel they say we are not tied up with Agoda which means your booking is not valid.
So, I am looking for an refund for this booking
And my booking id as per Agoda: *********
I am looking for an fair business in this aspect
